How long to receive my machine?
Generally 6 to 12 weeks end to end: order and inspection in China, about 30 to 45 days of sea freight, then customs clearance at the arrival port.
What deposit is required?
A 30 to 50% deposit launches the order after the quote is approved. The balance is paid on delivery.
Can I see the machine before it ships?
Yes. The unit is inspected before shipping and you receive photos and a report. You approve on the evidence before the ship departs.
Which ports and countries do you deliver to?
We ship to the main West African ports (Dakar, Abidjan, Tema, Lomé, Cotonou, Lagos…), then arrange onward delivery to your premises on request, including to inland countries such as Mali, Niger or Burkina Faso.
Do you sell new or used?
Both, depending on your budget and use. For used units, we favour reconditioned and documented machines.
