How it works

From your request to delivery, six milestone steps. The lead times shown are estimates, adjusted to the model, the supplier and the port season.

01

Quote request

You describe your need (type of truck or machine, use, budget) via the form or WhatsApp. We assess feasibility and get back to you.

Lead time: 24 - 72 h
02

Quote & deposit

We send you a detailed quote (machine, transport, estimated duties). Once approved, a 30 to 50% deposit launches the order.

Lead time: 2 - 5 days
03

Order & inspection in China

The machine is ordered from the supplier, then inspected before shipping: compliance, mechanical condition, photos and report shared with you.

Lead time: 7 - 21 days
04

Sea freight

Loading at the Chinese port and crossing to the destination port in West Africa (Dakar, Abidjan, Tema, Lomé, Cotonou, Lagos…). You receive the bill of lading number to track the shipment.

Lead time: ~30 - 45 days
05

Customs clearance at arrival

Our licensed customs broker handles the customs and port formalities. Duties and taxes settled, the machine is released.

Lead time: 3 - 10 days
06

Delivery & balance

Handover of the machine and documents. Balance paid on delivery. On request, onward delivery to your city or a neighbouring West African country.

Day zero

Indicative end-to-end lead time: about 6 to 12 weeks depending on the model and availability.

What secures your purchase

A remote purchase, but under control

Documented inspection

Photos and report before the machine leaves China. You approve on the evidence.

Staged payment

Deposit to launch, balance on delivery. Nothing is paid in full, sight unseen.
